Hayes Close Private Road needed a surface that would stand up to daily use, look sharp from day one and keep working for years to come.
Hayes Close Private Road Bromley 2026
We surveyed the site first, checking levels, drainage and access, then planned the work around how the space is used so disruption stayed to a minimum.
Our crews delivered hand lay surfacing with the right machinery and care for edges, falls and detail.

Preparation
Good surfaces start below the surface. Excavation, sub-base and edging were completed properly before the final layer went down, because the finish only lasts as long as what sits beneath it.
Levels and falls were checked throughout so water runs where it should, and the surface stays sound for years.

The finish
The final hand lay surfacing was laid in one clean, continuous run, with crisp edges and tidy joints at every threshold. The site was left clean, safe and ready to use, with every detail checked on handover.

“The team were a pleasure to work with. They cared about delivering to a high standard, kept us informed throughout and left us with a surface we're proud of.”
